1 · Eligibility & Jurisdiction

You must be 18 or older and legally allowed to purchase crypto in your country. Residents of restricted or sanctioned jurisdictions must not participate in the presale or use any Scorch services.

2 · No Investment Advice

Scorch Token is a parody / utility token. Nothing on this site, the whitepaper, or social media constitutes financial advice or a promise of profit. Buy only what you can afford to lose.

3 · Use Restrictions

• No bots, crawlers, or scrapers.
• No attempt to bypass geographic blocks or use a VPN from a sanctioned location.
• No transmission of viruses, malware, or destructive code.
• No infringement of Scorch intellectual-property or branding.

4 · Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Scorch and its team will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost data, arising from your use of the token, dApp, or website.

5 · Dispute Resolution & Arbitration
